Like politics or religion, nutrition can be a touchy subject. Paleo, low fat, sugar free, vegetarian, vegan, fasting, meal replacement shakes; it's difficult to filter out the nonsense. Unfortunately what we eat is really, really important. If we exercise for one hour per day, we still have twenty-three hours to either consolidate our hard work, or to let progress unravel due to misguided nutritional habits.

We appreciate that most people lead busy lifestyles with numerous daily commitments outwith training. It is difficult to find the time to prepare healthy meals for the week and far too easy to grab an unhealthy snack when on the go or hungry. In addition, many of us have a limited number of options on the household menu, even if they are healthy, which often results in a lack of nutrients as well as our bodies becoming overly familiar with the same old nutritional routine. We are therefore delighted to be able to provide a convenient yet delicious solution to assist with achieving a healthy, balanced diet. We offer a selection of freshly made meals aimed at either a change in body composition (fat loss / muscle gain) or refuelling post exercise, and prepared by Head Chef at the Minishant, Ryan Beattie, in conjunction with a fully qualified Sports Nutritionist.


The process is simple - select your meal preferences through the Menu & Order tab, pay online and collect your freshly made meal pots directly from CrossFit Stewarton every Monday and Thursday from 4.15-8.15pm.

Last orders are 8pm every Friday for a Monday collection and 8pm every Tuesday for a Thursday collection. Meals keep refrigerated for three days.

You also have the option of creating an account at the checkout which means your order details will be stored for next time.
