As a fully qualified personal trainer, Robbie has gained vast experience coaching various populations within the fitness industry throughout Ayrshire and Glasgow. A keen tennis player, Robbie is currently captain of the South of Scotland tennis team, and competes regularly in numerous tournaments throughout the country. Passionate about all things health and fitness, Robbie discovered CrossFit at CrossFit Glasgow in 2013, and hasn’t looked back since. He now hopes to pass on the innumerable benefits he has personally experienced through CrossFit to the exercising public at large.

Kirsty currently lectures at UWS in Ayr, where she engages students on a broad range of sport related topics. A tennis enthusiast, Kirsty obtained both senior and junior world rankings, and represented Great Britain in International Collegiate competition. After a stint competing in the USA, Kirsty returned to British shores to complete a Sports Science degree at Loughborough University, a Sports Rehabilitation degree at St Mary’s University in London and a MPhil at the University of Stirling. Also a student of CrossFit Glasgow, Kirsty aims to share the knowledge she has accumulated through her various sporting pursuits with fellow health and fitness enthusiasts.

Shona Oldham (CrossFit Coach) @sho.na.o

Shona is a CrossFit Level 1 certified Trainer and mum to Leo and Matilda.  Shona is also a freelance graphic designer and often travels around the country attending seminars so she always has something new to bring to class. She has a passion for coaching gymnastics, and loves nothing more than finding a new drill to help members become that little bit more gymnasty! Shona also coaches our weekly Girls and Endurance WODs, which are ideal classes for beginners and a great opportunity to find out what CrossFit is all about!

Heather found CrossFit in 2013 and was hooked! She has competed throughout the UK at various team and individual competitions, as well as working alongside online body composition coach, Joe Parish, to accomplish her own body transformation. Heather knows first hand the highs and lows that come with fat loss; and believes that with hard work, patience and consistency, everyone can achieve their fitness and physique goals. Heather is currently undertaking Martin MacDonald's Mac Nutrition Uni course with the aim of helping others achieve their personal goals whilst maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
