General Nutrition Advice

Like politics or religion, nutrition can be a touchy subject. Paleo, low fat, sugar free, vegetarian, vegan, fasting, meal replacement shakes; it's difficult to filter out the nonsense. Unfortunately what we eat is really, really important. If we exercise for one hour per day, we still have twenty-three hours to either consolidate our hard work, or to let progress unravel due to misguided nutritional habits. At CrossFit Stewarton we help to educate our members using evidence-based, up to date research.
